Founder & President

Josh, founder of Revivalist Homes, is a faith-driven, people-focused, and results-oriented entrepreneur and real estate investor. He oversees the day-to-day operations, brand development, project management, and acquisitions process. A Bowling Green native, Josh graduated from Western Kentucky University and went on to work as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ where he served approximately 100 family households and managed over $100 million in client assets.

Passionate about helping others and looking for a new creative challenge away from an office setting, he transitioned out of financial planning and into real estate. He now enjoys meeting new homeowners every day and transforming dilapidated properties into beautifully remodeled homes. His business acumen and energetic approach to complex problems, allows our team to make great offers that other companies simply can’t compete with. If he’s not bouncing around from project to project, meeting with a seller, or on the phone with a contractor, you can find him playing with his dogs Wrigley and Moose.

Wrigley “Bubba” McCoy

Chief Barketing Officer

Wrigley may not handle the paperwork, but he’s the driving force behind our company culture and community “barketing.” As Chief Barketing Officer, Wrigley specializes in greeting clients with a wagging tail, boosting morale with office zoomies, and sniffing out opportunities faster than a mailman on the block.

Known for his signature underbite, Wrigley brings a one-of-a-kind smile to every meeting — a constant reminder that a little quirkiness goes a long way in making connections. Clients love his unique grin almost as much as his warm personality.

When he’s not overseeing belly rub quotas or testing the durability of office chairs with his naps, Wrigley ensures our message is clear: selling your house for cash should be quick, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun. His official duties include paw-ssionately representing the brand, keeping spirits high, and making sure no snack goes uneaten.

Moose Bear McCoy

Pawject Manager

Every great company needs someone to keep things on track — and around here, that’s Moose. As our dedicated Pawject Manager, Moose is responsible for supervising daily operations, monitoring snack breaks, and ensuring all projects move forward with paw-sitive momentum.

Moose is known for his impressive beard, which happens to match his dad — our company’s owner. Together, their beards set the standard for leadership around here, proving that good grooming and good business go paw-in-paw. Moose also has a natural talent for herding the team (and occasionally the neighborhood squirrels), making sure deadlines are met without sacrificing time for belly rubs.

Whether it’s keeping everyone motivated during long days or reminding us when it’s time to stretch our legs, Moose proves that strong leadership doesn’t always wear a suit — sometimes, it wears fur and a big, bearded grin.
